Tom Hoffman, a deeply cared for husband, father, son, brother and friend was diagnosed with a very rare cancerous tumor called Liposarcoma. He is surrounded by an incredibly supportive tribe who has launched this campaign to show our support as he fights against this disease.
Proceeds from this fundraiser will be donated to Sarcoma Alliance and/or Sarcoma Foundation of America. Both organizations strive to imporve the lives of people affected by sarcoma through accurate diagnosis, improved access to care, guidance, education, and support. Additonally, these organizations raise money to privately fund grants for sarcoma researchers and conduct advocacy efforts on behalf of sarcoma patients.
IMPORTANT: Tom does not know about the launch of this campaign. We'd like to surprise him by having his supporters send him a photo via text, post, or email of yourself wearing the shirt when it arrives.
